Construction Contracts Manager

SNI Companies is searching for a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Contract Administrator to support our client with an expanding portfolio of commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing construction contracts. Pay Rate: $90,000 to $130,000 annually (depending on education/experience)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00AM to 5:00PM (in-office)

Contract Administrator Job Summary

This position plays a key role in overseeing contracts throughout the entire project lifecycle, ensuring compliance, reducing risk, and providing contract administration support to project teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction contract management and experience handling subcontract agreements, change orders, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Review, negotiate, and administer contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
• Ensure contract terms comply with company policies, project requirements, and applicable legal standards
• Manage contracts from execution through project closeout, maintaining accurate records and documentation
• Provide guidance to project teams regarding contract interpretation, obligations, and compliance requirements
• Track and process change orders, amendments, and other contract modifications
• Maintain organized contract files and documentation within company platforms such as Procore, ShareFile, Vista, and related systems
• Collaborate with project managers, leadership, and legal counsel to address contract-related matters
• Monitor insurance certificates, lien waivers, and other compliance-related documentation
• Identify potential contractual risks and assist in implementing mitigation strategies
• Ensure contracts are executed and processed in a timely manner to support project schedules and operational goals

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in construction contract administration and/or management
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, subcontract agreements, and project documentation processes
• Knowledge of lien laws, insurance compliance requirements, and contract risk management practices
• Experience supporting large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and document management skills
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Vista, or similar platforms
