The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting in-home sales presentations, developing customer relationships, and driving revenue growth by offering residential and/or light commercial HVAC systems and services. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, technical knowledge of HVAC systems, and the ability to thrive in a competitive, fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with prospective customers to assess HVAC needs. Present product and service options tailored to customer requirements, budget, and building specifications. Provide accurate cost estimates, explain financing options, and close sales. Generate leads through referrals, cold calling, networking, and follow-ups with past clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC systems, products, industry trends, and local codes. Collaborate with installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and customer satisfaction. Maintain customer records, manage sales pipeline, and report regularly on activity and results. Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and company events as required.
