As an Oracle Database Administrator, you will be part of the Database Support team supporting critical data infrastructure. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent collaboration abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Perform Oracle database administration including installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
• Manage database backup and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity and availability.
• Create and manage user accounts, define access controls, and implement security best practices.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and bottlenecks, applying optimization techniques to enhance database efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers to optimize queries and improve overall database performance.

What's Needed?

• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
• 6+ years of Oracle DBA experience in a production environment.
• Knowledge of database admin tasks, backup/restore, security, performance tuning, data encryption, and PL/SQL.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer service mindset to deliver support with excellence.
