Are you creative, outgoing, and passionate about marketing and building relationships? Join our team and help grow our agency through innovative marketing, social media, and community outreach!
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and generate leads.
- Manage social media content, engagement, and advertising.
- Build relationships with local businesses and community members.
- Coordinate community outreach, events, and sponsorship opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to grow the agency and connect customers with our services.
- Track marketing results and help improve campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience with marketing, social media, and digital tools.
- A self-motivated individual who can work independently.
- Someone who enjoys networking and being active in the community.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to obtain the required Wisconsin insurance licenses for Property, Casualty, and Life.
Preferred: Marketing or sales experience, knowledge of insurance, and a related degree or equivalent experience.
