Decision Technologies seeks a Business Development Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in business in a professional environment.


Position Description:

Decision Technologies is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Coordinator/Analyst to support the growth and capture efforts of the Business Development team. This role will assist with market research, opportunity
tracking, customer engagement activities, and proposal support across defense and government contracting initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to business development, capture management, proposal development, and strategic growth initiatives within the federal marketplace.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Market Research & Lead Generation:
• • Identify and research potential opportunities in the industry
    trends, and competitor activities to build a pipeline of target prospects.
• Outreach & Prospecting:
• • Assist in drafting presentation decks, Pwin analyses, and gate review packages.
• CRM Management:
• • Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database to ensure accurate tracking of leads and communication history.
• Data Analysis & Reporting:
• • Track key performance metrics, compile weekly or monthly progress reports, and present findings to the BD team.
• Meeting Support:
• • Schedule and coordinate introductory calls or discovery meetings between prospective clients and senior team members, taking detailed notes and capturing action items.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• • Work closely with the proposal teams to align messaging and support ongoing proposal activities.
• Familiarity with basic test equipment, such as multimeters or oscilloscopes,
