Job Description
We are seeking an experienced breakfast cook to join a small team in preparing high-quality breakfast dishes. The role primarily involves following standardized recipes while ensuring food safety and kitchen cleanliness. Utilizing essential kitchen equipment such as the grill, griddle, stove, and oven, the cook will work morning to early afternoon hours to deliver excellent meals and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Prepare breakfast meals according to standardized recipes
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep kitchen areas clean and organized
- Operate grill, griddle, stove, and oven equipment proficiently
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Collaborate effectively within a small team of 2-5 members
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of cooking experience, especially breakfast preparation
- Strong food preparation and knife skills
- Knowledge of kitchen safety protocols
- Attention to detail in food presentation and cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork and customer service abilities
