Director of Nursing

What You’ll Do Provide leadership and direction for nursing services and clinical operations Support, mentor, and develop Nurse Managers, supervisors, and frontline nursing staff Promote a positive, collaborative, and patient-centered workplace culture Ensure nursing practices meet organizational, licensing, accreditation, and regulatory standards Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, performance, and nursing competencies Monitor clinical outcomes and identify opportunities to improve quality and patient safety Partner with medical providers, behavioral health professionals, and operational leaders Help develop and maintain nursing policies, procedures, and evidence-based practices Support incident reviews, corrective action plans, and continuous quality-improvement initiatives Participate in leadership planning and help advance the organization’s community-focused mission What We’re Looking For Active and unrestricted Arizona Registered Nurse license Progressive nursing leadership experience, ideally at the manager or director level Experience in behavioral health, psychiatric care, crisis services, detoxification, substance-use treatment, or a similar setting strongly preferred Strong understanding of clinical compliance, quality standards, and patient safety Proven ability to lead teams, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively A compassionate, hands-on leadership style and a genuine commitment to serving vulnerable populations Why Consider This Opportunity?
