Sales Photographer / Independent Contractor

For over a decade, we've partnered with major restaurant groups and venues across 15 states, delivering premium photo experiences that drive guest engagement and incremental revenue for our partners.
Job Description:
We are hiring outgoing and motivated individuals to work as Restaurant Sales Photographers in busy locations.
This role combines customer interaction, photography, and sales .
- Pay: Hourly + Commission Based Earning ($18 per hour + commission from sales + tips)
- Average earnings: $20–$35/hour
- Top performers: $40–$60+/hour during peak restaurant hours
Schedule:
- Weekday Shifts: Monday - Friday evening shifts starting at 4pm - 10pm (on average)
- Weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Morning and Evening Shifts. (Typical Shifts 11am - 4pm and 4pm - 10pm - subject to vary)
- Opportunities for double shifts available
Training:
- Paid training provided for all training shifts
- Ongoing support and coaching during all shifts
- Sales plans and performance expectations are established and must be achieved - full training provided
- Opportunity to earn more based on sales performance
Basic Job Duties
- Approach restaurant guests
- Take photos and present photos for sale - the more photos you sell, the more commission you will get
- Follow company sales process
- Provide professional customer service with a friendly approach
Requirements:

- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to commute to different work locations
- Professional and presentable appearance
- Confidence approaching guests
- Outgoing and friendly personality

- Reliable and responsible
- Results-driven and motivated by income
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to follow a structured system
- No photography experience required
- Sales experience is preferred
Work Location:
- Old Town San Diego
- Work in high-traffic, premium restaurants
Compensation Package:
- 1099 contract
- Commission pay
