Opportunities exist for motivated Registered Respiratory Therapists (and Certified Respiratory Therapy Technicians) with the skills to provide a high level of quality service in a variety of settings including the ED, Trauma and Critical Care. Summary Provides care for patients on assigned units in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Opportunities for Full time, Part time and Per Diem, Day and Night shifts. $10K Sign on Bonus available for Full Time. $5K Sign on Bonus available for Part Time. Responsibilities Responds to codes and calls for emergent assistance support groups and other resources. Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices. Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per plan of care. Monitors, documents, and communicates patient condition as appropriate. Demonstrates flexibility and competency to provide patient care throughout the South Broward Hospital District to a variety of patient populations.
