The beautiful SpringHill Suites by Marriott Downtown Charleston is currently hiring experienced Room Attendants to join our team. We’re looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who are passionate about cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Job Purpose:
The Room Attendant ensures guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and maintained to the highest standards. This role plays a key part in providing a positive experience for every guest who stays with us.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and service guest rooms according to Marriott and Auro Hotels standards.
• Make beds, restock supplies, and clean bathrooms and floors.
• Maintain assigned areas, including hallways and storage rooms, in a clean and organized manner.
• Safely use cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to the appropriate department.
• Assist other housekeeping team members as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of hotel housekeeping experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Compensation: Pay per Room

Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
