Position Highlights

Specialty: Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA)

\n

We welcome both experienced providers and new graduates who are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered cardiovascular care.

\n

Responsibilities Include:

\n

Outpatient Services

\n

\n
• Conduct physical examinations and patient assessments
\n
• Obtain and document medical histories and symptoms
\n
• Order and interpret diagnostic testing
\n
• Develop and adjust treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians
\n
• Provide follow-up care and patient education
\n

\n

Inpatient Services

\n

\n
• Round on cardiology patients
\n
• Assist with stress testing and inpatient cardiovascular management
\n
• Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
\n

\n

Additional Details:

• Primary Location: Canton-Potsdam Hospital with a potential outreach clinic
\n
• EMR: Epic
\n

\n The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for a successful full-time applicant. In addition to the base pay range, certain provider positions may be eligible for variable compensation in accordance with health system pay practices. This may include productivity and/or value-based clinical incentives, bonus compensation, or other forms of variable pay.
