Supervisor - Production

Our client, a leading technology manufacturing company , is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team. As a Production Supervisor , you will be part of the Manufacturing Operations Department supporting the Production, Quality, and Maintenance Teams . The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills , excellent problem-solving abilities , and effective communication skills which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Detroit, MI. Pay Range: $33 - $38 H/r What's the Job? Supervise and coordinate the activities of production and operating employees on the second shift. Implement initiatives to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, and operational efficiency. Review production operations and collaborate with technical and administrative teams to resolve manufacturing issues. Develop and maintain production tracking and quality control systems to identify and address production concerns. Prepare production reports, maintain personnel records, and ensure quality standards are consistently met. What's Needed? High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or a related field preferred. 5-7 years of experience in production supervision, manufacturing, or a related environment. Knowledge of production processes, quality control systems, and manufacturing operations. Experience working with machinery, tools, maintenance processes, and production equipment.
