IAM Engineer (Identity Management) – Hybrid Duration: 6–12 Month Contract Job Summary We are seeking an IAM Engineer with hands‑on experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms to support engineering, automation, and integration initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong Java and Python development skills, experience with enterprise IAM solutions such as PingIDM/ForgeRock IDM, Okta, SailPoint, or Entra ID, and a solid understanding of authentication, provisioning, and identity lifecycle management. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain IAM reliability, deployment, and provisioning tools. Design, develop, and integrate enterprise identity management solutions. Build automation and scripting to improve platform stability and resiliency. Develop custom integrations and connectors for IAM platforms. Participate in architecture, design, and code review discussions. Support Linux‑based IAM environments and CI/CD deployment pipelines. Collaborate with cross‑functional and distributed engineering teams. Required Skills 3+ years of hands‑on IAM engineering experience. Strong Java and Python programming skills. Experience with one or more IAM platforms: PingIDM / ForgeRock IDM Okta SailPoint Auth0 Good understanding of identity lifecycle, authentication, authorization, SSO, LDAP, OAuth, OIDC, and SAML. Experience with Linux (RedHat). Experience with Git, Jenkins, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Shell or Ansible. Preferred Skills Experience developing custom connectors in PingIDM/ForgeRock IDM. Groovy programming experience. Experience with CyberArk REST API. Knowledge of Azure Entra ID or AWS IAM services. Soft Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working with global/distributed teams. Self‑motivated with strong troubleshooting abilities.
