Manager, Systems Integration

Manager, Systems Integration Tsubaki Kabelschlepp America, Inc., a leader in cable carriers and machine protection systems, seeks a Manager, Systems Integration to optimize connectivity across manufacturing and business platforms. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage integrations between ERP, MES, and plant-floor systems to enhance reliability, data visibility, and production efficiency. You will lead cross-functional projects, resolve complex technical issues, standardize integration practices, and mentor team members, contributing to our culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and employee development. Lead end-to-end integration of manufacturing and business systems to support production efficiency Collaborate with engineering, IT, and operations to design and implement robust integration solutions Manage integration projects, timelines, and resources across multiple stakeholders Analyze system performance, troubleshoot integration issues, and drive continuous improvement Develop and maintain integration standards, documentation, and best practices Support data flow between ERP, MES, PLCs, and other plant-floor systems Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system upgrades and new implementations Provide technical guidance and training to team members and end users Key Systems & Technologies Systems integration Manufacturing systems (MES) ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics) Industrial automation/PLCs Systems architecture and design APIs and middleware (REST, SOAP, ESB, iPaaS) Database and SQL Project management Systems troubleshooting and root cause analysis Technical documentation Benefits Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred Qualifications PMP or other project management certification (preferred) Relevant vendor certifications in ERP, MES, or integration platforms (preferred) Certification in systems engineering or industrial automation (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
