Additional Responsibilities Ensure implementation and evolution of safety procedures. Establish and maintain a standard of performance for the operation. Set up and implement standard operating procedures for all production operations. Ensure products are produced on time and are of good quality. Drive accountability using coaching, support and performance management. Assess operations staffing and skill requirements, developing plans to address needs. Implement manufacturing best practice tools and processes. Ensure compliance with environmental policies, systems and processes. Drive process improvement. Qualifications 3 years supervisory experience (5 to 8 employees). 10 years of CNC machine set up and programming experience. Knowledge of G‑code and CNC controls is a plus. This is a full‑time, entry‑level friendly position with training provided and opportunity for growth. Key Responsibilities Clean offices, restrooms, cafeteria areas, and other plant facilities. Vacuum, sweep, and clean surfaces throughout the manufacturing plant. Assist with basic plant and grounds maintenance activities. Complete preventive maintenance checklists and scheduled tasks. Help remove scrap, waste, and other unwanted materials using hand trucks, carts, and forklifts. Assist mechanics and observe repairs on manufacturing equipment and facility systems. Support the general cleanliness, safety, and organization of the facility. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
