Job Description Job Description Industrial Purchasing Specialist – Manufacturing & Inventory (Bilingual) Miami, FL $58,000 – $64,000 DOE Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Bilingual English/Spanish Required Manufacturing Purchasing Experience Required We are hiring an Industrial Purchasing Specialist to support a fast-paced manufacturing and production operation in Miami. This role is ideal for someone with purchasing, procurement, inventory, and material planning experience within manufacturing, fabrication, machining, industrial supply, hydraulics, hoses/fittings, pneumatics, or mechanical production environments. The ideal candidate understands how to keep production moving by managing inventory levels, sourcing industrial components, coordinating with vendors, and supporting day-to-day manufacturing operations. Key Responsibilities Source and purchase industrial and manufacturing materials Purchase components such as: • Hoses • Fittings • Pneumatics • Valves • Mechanical parts • Electrical components • Hardware • Fabrication supplies • Raw materials Manage purchase orders, vendor communication, pricing, and lead times Monitor inventory levels and maintain material availability for production Coordinate with warehouse, production, engineering, and accounting teams Support manufacturing operations including CNC machining, fabrication, welding, and assembly Track inventory, purchasing activity, and supplier data within ERP systems Generate purchasing and inventory reports using Excel and ERP software Requirements 3+ years of purchasing experience within: • Manufacturing • Fabrication • Industrial supply • Machining • Mechanical production Strong inventory management and material tracking experience Experience purchasing industrial or mechanical components ERP/MRP system experience required SAP experience is a plus, but not required Strong Microsoft Excel skills required Bilingual English/Spanish required Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Preferred Industry Backgrounds Industrial manufacturing Metal fabrication CNC machining Hydraulics Pneumatics Industrial equipment Mechanical assembly Automation/controls Compensation & Benefits $58,000 – $64,000 base salary (DOE) Full-time long-term opportunity Stable Monday–Friday schedule Growth-oriented manufacturing environment f you have experience supporting manufacturing operations through purchasing, inventory management, and industrial sourcing, we encourage you to apply.
