Job Description
J & J Companies has immediate need for racking installers for our Commercial Division. We're looking for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are eager to learn new skills, and are open to occasional travel.
Our install team builds, repairs and moves pallet racking systems, steel shelving and other steel structures inside distribution centers, warehouses, and other commercial spaces in the Central PA area. These positions report directly to the project locations.
These are full-time positions and offer the following:

Skills and experience:
- General construction ability (carpentry, maintenance, mechanical skill set)
- Pallet Rack Installation experience a plus
- Ability to read/work from floor plans and layouts preferred
- Forklift and/or scissor-lift experience is a plus
Requirements:
- A valid Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work from heights
A pre-hire background check and drug screen required
