Job Description Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC (Hybrid – at least 3 days onsite/week) Visa Sponsorship:We offer sponsorship under specific treaty-based U.S. work visas, including TN and E-2 (for eligible Canadian, Mexican, and French citizens). We do not support or transfer other visa types (e.g., H-1B). We are looking for an experienced, hands‑on Business analyst. She/He will work on projects/topics focusing on Federal reserve Regulatory Reporting. Role and responsibilities Works closely with the Regulatory Reporting team and other teams to define the requirements Analyze functional impacts considering technical constraints in collaboration with technical teams Prepare and present functional aspects of changes/evolutions to developers Draft detailed functional specifications/users stories for developers, in line with general specifications or list of requirements provided by project manager / Business Analysts Prepare the Business Requirement Document and update it based on requirements from the Finance teams and the technical requirements Responsible for the functional testing of development Develop tests strategy in coordination with the business owner and IT Write unit test cases and functional test cases for system verification Follow the user acceptance test and coordinate the prioritization with project manager #LI-MONARAKI #TALANAMAERICAS Qualifications Experience Knowledge of Axiom SL application mandatory 10 years+ as a Business Analyst in Financial Industry Experience working on Federal reserve Regulatory Reporting, previous experience with FR-2052A preferred Technical experience to be comfortable with data models, hands‑on with SQL Hands‑on experience as liaison function with end‑users Thorough experience in functional testing and validation of development Required skills Strong technical skills in tests methodology Strong organizational and communication skills Strong ability to analyze and summarize, Self‑sufficient and pro‑active in sourcing information Financial product, Regulatory reporting, Accounting, Back‑office processes SQL, XML, data warehouse Experience with Business Object would be appreciated Experience with Axiom SL FR-2052A 6G module At Talan, we invest in our employees' well‑being and empower them with benefits, including: The salary range for this role is US$130,000 - US$180,000.
