Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within the Foodservice market, with a focus on developing and securing OEM partnerships that expand Paragon’s footprint and drive revenue growth Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase share within target segments Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new customers and applications Key Responsibilities: New Business Development and Growth Identify, target, and win new business opportunities within the Foodservice market, with a focus on developing and securing OEM partnerships that expand Paragon’s footprint and drive revenue growth Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market presence and increase share within target segments Prospect, qualify, and build a pipeline of new customers and applications Channel Expansion and Opportunity Creation Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to uncover new growth opportunities Identify and develop new applications for foodservice filtration products Expand into new channels and geographies to drive incremental growth Strategic Partnerships Establish and develop relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts Position Paragon as a strategic partner through solution-based selling Collaborate with global Culligan businesses to identify and pursue cross-functional opportunities Commercial Execution Lead commercial efforts from opportunity identification through close Develop and deliver compelling value propositions, proposals, and presentations Lead sales and support of Foodservice products to intercompany Culligan businesses globally. Internal Collaboration Partner with engineering, quality, and technical teams to develop solutions aligned with customer needs Coordinate cross-functional resources to support new business wins and successful onboarding Maintain accurate forecasts, pipeline reporting, and opportunity tracking Requirements: 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or market expansion within water filtration or Foodservice Foodservice experience strongly preferred Proven track record of winning new business and achieving growth targets Strong ability to prospect, build relationships, and close deals Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills across all levels Ability to travel 20–40% Valid driver’s license and passport (or ability to obtain) Strong organizational and time management skills Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint #J-18808-Ljbffr Paragon Water Systems
