Position Highlights Level III NICU (28 beds) with an average daily census of 19 and ~2,700 deliveries per year. In-house NNP model providing 24/7 coverage with strong physician support. Flexible scheduling 24-hour shifts designed to promote work-life balance. Shared responsibilities including rounding, acute NICU care, delivery attendance, and procedures based on experience. Collaborative, team‑oriented environment with neonatologists who value NNP autonomy and clinical judgment. Full subspecialty support plus a dedicated neonatal transport team.
