Pediatric Physical Therapist Assistant- Schoolage $1,500 sign-on bonus

Job Overview Physical Therapist Assistant Location: School District placements across Long Island. Status: Part‑time, hourly (full‑time, hourly may also be available). Hours: Monday‑Friday, following school calendar (flexible scheduling). Compensation $50‑$85 per hour. Rates are determined by the service provided, professional experience, and license/certifications held. The position may be full‑time or part‑time depending on current caseload. Sign‑on bonus: $1,500 after 90 days of employment with active cases. Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators regarding case management. Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals. Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs. Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel. Collect data on each IEP goal and report on progress quarterly. Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.
