Responsibilities First-level supervisory position accountable for coordinating and directing the work of maintenance technicians. Employee supervision includes hire recommendations, training, work planning, assignments, reviews, performance assessments, coaching, and progressive discipline. Supervision at this level also requires the knowledge and skills to perform and review the work overseen. Incumbents in this position are on call twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.
