Speech Language Pathologist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Master‘s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. No clinical fellows will be considered for this role. Active Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist required to begin the assignment. Experience working in a large CCRC or similar setting that includes inpatient/outpatient, skilled nursing, long-term care, and independent living. Experience with NetHealth electronic medical record system. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.

Preferred Qualifications Prior experience treating complex dysphagia and cognitive-communication disorders in post-acute and long-term care populations. Experience with interdisciplinary team collaboration in geriatric care settings.

Assignment Details Facility type: Skilled Nursing Facility within a large CCRC (inpatient/outpatient/SNF/LTC/IL).
