HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused HR Generalist to support a broad range of human resources functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, onboarding, compliance, performance management, and HR operations. This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who enjoys partnering with employees and leadership to create a positive and productive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new employees.
  
• Serve as a point of contact for employee relations matters, providing guidance and support to employees and managers.
  
• Administer employee benefits programs, enrollments, changes, and employee inquiries.
  
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  
• Coordinate performance review processes and assist with employee development initiatives.
  
• Process personnel actions, including new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfers.
  
• Assist with policy development, implementation, and communication.
  
• Support payroll coordination and ensure HR data integrity within HRIS systems.
  
• Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding programs.
  
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and operational efficiency.
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  
• 3+ years of Human Resources experience in an HR Generalist or similar role.
  
• Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  
• Experience with recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
  
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  
• SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification preferred.
  

Preferred Experience

• Multi-state employment law knowledge.
  
• Experience supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  
• Exposure to payroll processes and HR reporting.
  
• Experience in a fast-paced, growing organization.
  

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $68,000.00 per year
