Working closely alongside experienced loan officers and bank leadership, you will have the platform to expand your expertise across lending, deposits, and Treasury Management in a supportive, growth-oriented environment. What You'll Be Working On Business Development: Calling on and visiting potential new and existing clients to cultivate and expand commercial banking relationships. Mentorship & Mentoring: Accompanying experienced loan officers on client calls and strategic meetings to sharpen your deal-structuring and sales acumen. Product Mastery: Continually developing comprehensive knowledge of lending, deposit, and Treasury Management products and services. Professional Growth: Participating in ongoing bank training, industry seminars, and required compliance courses (e.g., Bank Secrecy Act, Customer Information Privacy). Compliance & Discretion: Adhering strictly to regulatory requirements and handling confidential client information with complete integrity and discretion. Qualifications Experience: Minimum of 3 years of Commercial Banking or relevant relationship banking experience. Education & Training: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred; completion of a formal credit training program or similar underwriting experience is highly preferred. Core Skills: Strong sales, customer service, analytical, and decision-making abilities. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Professional Standards: Excellent written/verbal communication skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects and priorities independently.
