Real Estate Acquisitions & Development Analyst

Position Overview The Analyst will support acquisitions and development activities across the full lifecycle of multifamily projects. This role offers direct exposure to senior leadership in a lean, execution-focused environment with the expectation to contribute quickly and take ownership. Lead underwriting and financial analysis for acquisitions and development opportunities Build and maintain financial models (ground-up, value-add, recapitalizations) Analyze key metrics including IRR, yield, and sensitivities Evaluate new opportunities and support pipeline management Deal Execution Support transactions from initial evaluation through closing Assist in structuring debt, JV equity, and capital stack Prepare investment committee and lender/investor materials Coordinate due diligence and third-party reports Development & Market Exposure Maintain development budgets and track performance vs. underwriting Support lender reporting and key project milestones Analyze markets, rent comps, and supply pipeline Support sourcing and evaluate new opportunities Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or private equity Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of real estate finance Technical Skills Ability to build and audit financials models independently with limited oversight What We Offer Direct exposure to senior leadership and investment decisions Broad experience across acquisitions and development #J-18808-Ljbffr East Lake Management
