Job Summary

Our client is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join their team. The primary responsibilities include preparing patients for provider visits, recording and updating vital signs, and administering injections. This role involves direct patient interaction and performing basic in-office lab testing.

Key Responsibilities

• Rooming patients and preparing them for provider visits
• Recording and updating vital signs
• Documenting patient information
• Administering injections (training provided on-site)
• Performing basic in-office lab testing (e.g., swabs)

Qualifications

• 12+ months of Clinical MA experience
• Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or willingness to obtain
• EMR experience preferred
