Compensation:

$16.50 + Bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and questions about guests' needs in person and online regarding room bookings, room rates, amenities, make reservations, reward programs, and special requests.

• Communicate with all departments to ensure all areas of the hotel are ready for an exceptional stay, as well as special requests.

• Welcome guests at check-in, check-out guest upon departure. Make sure the reservation has all correct information, including payment type; distribute keys and offer local suggestions for guest experience.

• Respond and attempt to resolve customer complaints; refer to management or other departments when necessary to take care of guest needs in a timely and proper manner.

Qualifications:

• Excellent time management skills, organizational skills, customer service skills, and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable taking telephone calls and mitigating stressful situations
• Exhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systems
• 1+ year of hotel industry experience or related job preferred

• Ability to stand for long periods of time. Assist with luggage as needed and other physical abilitys such as lifting 25lbs.
