Robotics Technician

$80K–$130K + Equity | Full-Time Build Robots That Operate in the Real World We are hiring a Robotics Technician to join a fast-growing startup deploying autonomous robots inside live data center environments with some of the world’s largest hyperscalers. This is not a lab-only role. You will work on robots operating 24/7 in production, solving real-world problems at scale. If you enjoy hands‑on troubleshooting across mechanical, electrical, and software systems, this is a rare opportunity to do meaningful, high-impact work. What You’ll Do Diagnose and resolve issues on autonomous robots running continuously Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software failures Disassemble, repair, and reassemble complex electromechanical systems Use tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and Linux CLI for diagnostics Collaborate closely with engineers to improve system reliability and performance Analyze logs, run diagnostics, and execute system-level fixes Optionally support field deployments at customer data center sites What You Bring Experience 2–10 years in electromechanical technician or similar roles Strong hands‑on troubleshooting and repair experience Technical Skills Proficiency with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and diagnostic tools Basic electrical and mechanical analysis Familiarity with embedded systems Nice to Have CAN bus or ROS experience SolidWorks or Fusion 360 3D printing or prototyping Field service or data center experience What Makes You Successful Strong problem‑solving mindset across multiple systems Ability to communicate technical findings clearly Detail‑oriented with strong documentation habits Collaborative and team‑oriented approach This is a true career‑track role for technicians, not a stepping stone to engineering.
