The Opportunity We’re looking for a full-time Rewinder Operator – Printing & Packaging to join our growing production team. In this role, you’ll operate and support rewinding equipment used to finish high-quality labels and shrink-sleeve packaging for leading brands in wine & spirits, health & beauty, and food & beverage. You’ll play a critical role in the final stage of production—ensuring printed materials are slit, inspected, and rewound to customer specifications with precision and consistency. You’ll work in a bright, clean facility with state-of-the-art printing and converting equipment and be responsible for maintaining quality, efficiency, and throughput on the rewinder. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, operating machinery, and taking ownership of quality and output.
