A leading home health care provider in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Admissions Registered Nurse to join their team. This full-time position offers a schedule from Friday to Tuesday, 8 AM to 5 PM. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, coordinating care with the interdisciplinary team, and supervising Home Health Aides. Qualified candidates will have a nursing degree, an active RN license in New Mexico, and CPR certification.
