This position primarily follows a Monday to Friday, day shift schedule. Your goal will be to positively impact overall health outcomes as measured by clinical quality and utilization metrics, while contributing to broader population health objectives through continuous improvement methodologies./ppQualifications:/pulliAssociates Degree in Nursing required. New ASN RNs hired after January 1, 2013, will be required to complete their BSN within 5 years of hire date./liliRequires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license./liliCertification in Care Management preferred./liliStrong professional level knowledge of comprehensive clinical assessment skills preferred./liliKnowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, insurance and regulatory guidelines is preferred./lili3-5 years of relevant experience required./liliKidney Care experience is strongly preferred./liliPrevious Utilization Management, Population Health, or Case Management experience is preferred./li/ulpTake the next step in your career with IU Health, where you can make a difference in patient care!
