Qualifications 2 years in credit processing operations Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems Able to take full ownership of the credit department processes/workflow Proficiency in QuickBooks Experience with processing loans/financial applications preferred Key Responsibilities Open and close the office daily, ensuring smooth and professional operations Manage end-to-end credit application processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance Review customer documentation and maintain organized, complete records Verify customer purchases, including payment authorization and signed agreements Submit and manage credit reporting to financial bureaus Ensure completed installations include proper photo documentation Track applications, customer data, and workflows using CRM systems (Monday.com) Utilize QuickBooks for scheduling, reporting, and financial tracking Participate in virtual meetings with cross-functional teams to align on operations Identify process gaps and implement improvements to support scalability Benefits A list of benefits will be provided to you upon hire.
