Position: Administrative Clerk Location: Roseville, CA Pay: This position has a fixed rate of $24.67/hour Type: Temporary, part-time (10/14/2026 - 6/30/2027); approximately 960 hours per year Schedule: About 24 hours per week, onsite Monday - Wednesday or Tuesday - Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; some flexibility with days and hours within the week; occasional travel to a second office location (about once or twice a month) HB Staffing is seeking an Administrative Clerk to join a growing and dynamic office team! Job Description: Perform administrative work in an office and coordinate work to support the office team Manage paper and electronic files, including filing and scanning Handle data entry and transcription Answer phone calls and respond to emails Support mailroom tasks Use office equipment, including computers Help manage office supplies and schedules as needed Position Requirements: Hard skills: Data entry, transcription, telephone use, filing, mailroom, and scanning; computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows Soft skills: Organized and detail-oriented; dependable; clear communicator by phone and email; flexible and team-oriented Job Perks: Flexible days and hours within the week Part-time, 3-day work week Health Benefits after 30 days!
