Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of employment and workers' compensation litigation in a full-time, on-site role based in Pasadena, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and organizing legal documents, assisting with pleadings and motions, and managing case files and discovery materials. The role involves conducting legal and factual research, reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness, and coordinating with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. The Litigation Paralegal will also help maintain calendars and deadlines, prepare trial and hearing binders, and contribute to efficient case progression in a collaborative team environment. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in legal document preparation and document review. Candidates should possess solid legal research abilities related to employment and workers' compensation matters. Candidates should possess experience drafting and organizing pleadings and motions. Candidates should possess proficiency in case management, including file organization, discovery coordination, and deadline tracking. Paralegal certificate or equivalent experience in litigation support is preferred. Prior experience in employment law or workers' compensation litigation is beneficial. Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
