Laser Technician [Senior/Professional + 1 year experience] Requisition ID: 1176 Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually We are looking for a Licensed Laser Technician with attention to detail, able to provide results-driven treatments with a warm, calm and inviting demeanor. The ideal candidate is positive, interested in advancing their laser career, and thrives in a collaborative team environment. Responsibilities Provide laser treatments and maintain compliance with current state laws and regulations. Extensively knowledgeable about skin care and skin conditions, and proficient with charting treatments. Actively educate guests on home care and promote product lines; experience with SkinCeuticals and Eminence products is a plus. Maintain guest wellness, create loyalty and high retention; anticipate and ensure guest needs are met. Operate and set up machines: Inmode Triton laser for hair removal, IPL photofacials, Microneedling by Skinpen, Hydrafacials, Inmode Forma and Body FX, RF Microneedling, Evolve TRIM and Evolve TITE. Work weekends and some holidays; lift up to 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, bend, squat, twist. Qualifications Valid State of Texas Senior or Professional Laser Technician license. At least 1 year of professional experience operating and setting up multiple laser devices. Strong work ethic and wellness-oriented team player. Pass a background check.
