Consider this exceptional opportunity!Job ResponsibilitiesUnder the direction of the Sous Chef or Manager-on-Duty, the Prep Cook will prep, portion, prepare, and assemble all desserts and pastries offered in the restaurant.The Baker executes all food preparation and procedures to ensure that all food products meet the Ruth's Chris Steak House recipe specifications and quality standards.Job Requirements for Prep CookHighschool diploma or G.E.DPrevious experience baking is requiredRestaurant Operations Aptitude/Mastery BOH: advanced knowledge of the stations and roles in a kitchen as well as all the equipment used in the kitchenMust be able to work with extremes temperature changes including working in a walk-in freezer of -10°F.Must be able to lift, handle, and carry food, supply, smallwares, equipment, supplies and paper goods up to 50 pounds.Must successfully complete restaurant training program and maintain a willingness to learn.BenefitsHealth insuranceDental insuranceVision insurancePaid time off401(k)Referral programPaid training
