Marketplace Account Manager (Amazon)

The Opportunity: The Marketplace Account Manager will be responsible for handling the full life cycle of accounts and are expected to grow their accounts in line with the business goals. The ideal candidate will have three-plus years of experience directly managing online marketplaces. They will be driven self-starters who have the ambition to grow the marketplace business and bring new ideas to the table when necessary. Responsibilities: Work seamlessly with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Full control over sales plan for the Amazon business. Amazon requires constant coordination around FBA/FBM inventory, replenishment, removals, returns, reimbursements, and account issues - Overseeing all removal orders from Amazon and ensuring the inventory is reconciled systematically properly. The role regularly intersects with physical inventory and operational discrepancies. Proximity helps problems get solved faster. Oversee all FBA business and analyze sell throughs on FBA inventory. Amazon Advertising: running campaigns and adjusting bids accordingly. Analyzing and projecting our marketing budget and maintaining a certain ACOS/ROAS. Seller Performance- Keeping up with our Seller Metrics. (Shipping Metrics, Customer Service, buy Shipping tool) Running coupons and getting vetted for deals on Amazon. Monitor SKU counts on each platform, along with analyzing price competition out in the market. Consistently analyzing product and pricing competition on Amazon. Leverage internal and external resources and technology to manage operations of pricing, inventory, and assortment online. Filing cases and monitoring Amazon Account Health. Authenticity complaints, shipping requirements (Keeping up with mandatory Seller Fulfilled Prime metrics) Brand Ambassador – understanding our voice and brand attributes that will support our positioning. Reporting: Sales, Gross Margins, Returns, Studying the “Buy Box” and other Marketplaces. Troubleshooting Amazon Product errors, setting products up and launching on different marketplace channels. Taking an end-to-end perspective how to run Marketplaces from an operational and logistical standpoint. Requirements: 3+ years of marketplace management experience Amazon Seller Central Experience (minimum 1 year) Amazon FBA experience (minimum 1 year) Strong proficiency with Excel: Pivot tables, V-lookup, SUMIF, etc. #J-18808-Ljbffr MadaLuxe Group
