Registered Nurse – Nicu

Schedule: Variable Shift - Possible Weekends and Possible Holidays

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36

Requirements:

• Current Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
• American Heart Association Bls Certification
• Neonatal Resuscitation Program Provider Certification
• Stable Certification
• One year of nursing experience in Nicu, Labor & Delivery, Emergency Department, or Intensive Care

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collect comprehensive data pertinent to patients' health or situations.
• Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses or issues.
• Identify expected outcomes for individualized patient plans.
• Develop and implement plans that prescribe strategies to attain expected outcomes.
• Promote health and maintain a safe environment.
• Evaluate nursing practice in relation to professional standards and guidelines.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members in nursing practice.

Compliance / Notes:

• The facility reserves the right to cancel three shifts per 13-week contract due to low census or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Requires travelers to live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered.
