Workshop Co‑Creation: Partner with SMEs and LXDs to design, develop, and refine curriculum reflecting current market complexities. Executive Coaching: Provide one‑on‑one and group coaching to cultivate executive presence among high‑potential leaders. Global Impact: Deploy learning strategies that empower a diverse, international workforce to adopt decision‑making frameworks aligned with long‑term business goals. Content Review: Participate in content review two weeks prior to actual delivery dates. What You Bring – Required Skills Core Competencies Master Facilitator: Extensive experience leading leadership development programs for senior management and executives. Decision‑Making Expert: Deep understanding of strategic decision‑making frameworks and the ability to teach them in high‑pressure corporate contexts. Executive Presence: Exceptional communication skills and gravitas to command a room of senior pharmaceutical leaders. Qualifications & Experience Proven track record in leadership development within a large‑scale corporate environment. Ability to translate complex business strategies into actionable learning outcomes. Experience in instructional design collaboration with LXDs to build bespoke educational content. Patient‑centric mindset: Passion for how leadership and strategy ultimately enhance the lives of patients worldwide.
