Senior Learning Facilitator: Leadership, DEI & Impact

10 years’ experience facilitating group dynamics in complex, high stakes, or ad hoc situations, demonstrating agility and presence under pressure.Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with proven ability to inspire, guide, and influence others effectively.In-depth knowledge of leadership and organizational development theories, models, and best practices, and the ability to translate these into practical application.Experience with assessments (e.g., personality, leadership, team effectiveness tools) and demonstrated skill in facilitating group debriefs that generate insight and action.Exceptional communication skills—capable of clearly conveying nuanced or complex ideas with clarity, tact, and influence. Ability to work effectively with diverse groups at all levels of the organization, including executives, frontline leaders, and multidisciplinary teams.Strong cultural competence and ability to foster equity, inclusion, and respect for diverse identities in all facilitation contexts.Agile learner who actively seeks out resources, research, and practices to keep knowledge and facilitation methods current and relevant.
