Hospitality Training Lead: Onboarding & Growth

Job Overview: At Chick-fil-A, we are committed to creating an environment where team members feel supported, developed, and empowered to succeed. The Training Coordinator plays a key role in shaping the team member experience by leading onboarding, coordinating training efforts, and ensuring consistency in operational excellence and hospitality standards. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, leadership, organization, and creating a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate training for Front of House and Back of House team members Ensure training materials, pathways, and certifications are completed accurately and on time Coach and encourage trainers and team leaders throughout the training process Monitor training progress and provide feedback to leadership Help maintain Chick-fil-A service and hospitality standards Assist with scheduling and planning training sessions Promote a positive, encouraging, and growth-focused work environment Identify opportunities to improve training systems and team member development Qualifications and Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old Reliable transportation Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm, servant-hearted demeanor Positive attitude and ability to lead by example Must be able to stand for long periods of time Ability to lift 30-50 pounds on a regular basis Full-time commitment with the ability to work a flexible schedule including early morning, nights, and Saturdays to accommodate operational needs within a 40-hour-per-week schedule Previous training, coaching, teaching, or leadership experience Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and embody theServe|Develop|Inspire values. Chick-fil-A experience preferred but not required Expectations: Demonstrate professionalism and leadership by example Maintain a high standard of hospitality and operational excellence Build strong relationships with team members and leaders Be available to support training needs during peak onboarding periods Be proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-oriented with a passion for servant leadership.
