Job Overview:

  • Support daily office operations in a truck repair company.
  • Assist customers and coordinate service schedules.
  • Maintain organized records and workflow.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls and assist customers.
  • Schedule appointments and dispatch work.
  • Maintain files, invoices, and data entry.
  • Support office organization and daily tasks.
  • Build strong customer relationships.


Requirements:

  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer and writing skills.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems.
  • Reliable with a positive attitude.
  • Accounting experience is a plus.
