Compensation Business Partner: AI-Driven Equity & Strategy

Snap Inc. is seeking a Compensation Business Partner to join the Global Compensation team in the United States. You will advise HRBPs, recruiters, and leaders on pay decisions, offers, promotions, and job evaluations across Engineering, Hardware, and G&A groups. The role requires 5+ years in compensation at a technology company, proficiency with Workday, and experience with benchmarking tools.
