This is an excellent opportunity to work with a premium automotive brand in a fast-paced, professional environment. Job Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them with service needs in a professional and friendly manner Write up repair orders accurately and clearly Communicate recommended services and maintenance needs Act as liaison between customers and the service technicians Provide updates on vehicle status and ensure timely follow-up Deliver an exceptional customer experience consistent with BMW standards Qualifications Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Valid driver’s license Benefits Opportunity to earn $77,000 to $88,000 a year, possibly more Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Supplemental Insurance Options Paid time off Schedule Full-time position Weekly commission Tuesday - Saturday availability required BMW of Southampton is an equal opportunity employer.
