Finance and Accounting Associate Irvine, CA, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 1038 Salary Range: $83,000.00 To $90,000.00 Annually Position Summary The role of the Accounts Payable Coordinator is the day-to-day management of all payment cycle activities in a timely and efficient manner. Responsible for all activities in the Accounts Payable function by completing payments, controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying and reconciling invoices. The position reports to the Director of Finance. Essential Functions/Responsibilities Be responsible for ownership over more complex balance sheet accounts, e.g., inventory, reserves, accruals, contract liabilities, etc.; Prepare and analyze monthly account reconciliations; Develop monthly reporting of budgets, forecasts, and actuals; Manage the quarterly and annual review and audit processes; Perform the monthly analytics over the financial statements during closing including drafting narrative addressing trends and deviations from budget; Analyze the subscription users and report the key metrics; Forecast modeling, both routine and ad-hoc; Competition analysis; and Be responsible for transformational projects facilitating the growth of the Company as it relates to finance, accounting, internal controls, and partnering with the broader organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field and two (2) years of work experience in the offered position or related occupation.
