Travel Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Role: Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

Schedule: Rotating shifts from 19:00 to 07:00

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
• At least 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery specialty
• Active nursing license in any US territory
• AHA BLS certification
• AHA ACLS certification
• AHA NRP certification
• AWHONN certification

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide independent nursing care in labor and delivery, OB triage, immediate postpartum care, and newborn transition settings.
• Support patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver quality care and ensure patient safety.
• Monitor and document patient conditions accurately during labor, delivery, and postpartum periods.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and postpartum recovery.

Compliance / Notes:

• Special scheduling requests will not be approved.
• Candidates should be aware of the remote location and limited housing options; no onsite housing is provided.
