Click here to learn more. What You Will Do: Support equipment coordination : Help prepare machines for rental and sales, including inspections, setup, and documentation. Manage inspections : Complete inbound, outbound, and damage inspections to ensure equipment meets quality standards. Keep things organized : Maintain construction technology inventory and support overall equipment organization. What You Will Need: Strong organization : Ability to manage details, inventory, and multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Customer service mindset : A focus on supporting teams and delivering a positive experience. Clear communication : Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and customers. Industry experience : Background in heavy equipment or a technical environment preferred. Valid work authorization : Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
