Do you have strong operational accounting experience and enjoy working independently in a growing business environment?!
Our client is looking for a hands-on Accounting Manager / Senior Accountant to support our day-to-day accounting operations and help maintain accurate financial records as the company continues to grow.
Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, construction, or inventory-based businesses is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations including AP/AR, reconciliations, and general ledger maintenance
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Prepare financial reports and maintain accurate accounting records
- Oversee payroll coordination and expense tracking
- Support inventory accounting and cost tracking
- Coordinate with external CPA firms for tax filings and year-end reporting
- Maintain organized financial documentation and internal accounting procedures
- Assist with budgeting, cash flow tracking, and operational reporting
- Help improve accounting processes and reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of accounting experience
- Experience with QuickBooks, ERP systems, or similar accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Experience in manufacturing, distribution, wholesale, or inventory-based businesses preferred
- CPA preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently
