Spring Mill Assisted Living & Rehabilitation Campus, located in the heart of Merrillville, is now hiring  LPNs to join our compassionate and dedicated care team.

Monday – Friday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Sign-On Bonus $5,000

Qualifications:

• Current, valid LPN license

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to think critically and make independent decisions

• Leadership and supervisory skills

• Ability to work tactfully with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies

• Knowledge of nursing practices, long-term care regulations, and compliance standards

• 8-hour shifts

• Rotating holidays

• Weekend availability
